Legal Information
Who operates this website, what it is for, and the legal terms that sit behind everything published on it.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This page sets out the legal information relating to the website published at bringbackourgirls.org (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. By using the Site you accept the information and the limitations described below.
1. Site operator
The Site is operated and published by:
Sport Casual Limited
7 Grove Park Road
Wrexham, Clwyd
LL12 7AA, United Kingdom
Sport Casual Limited trades on this Site under the brand name BBOG — Bespoke Board & Oak Guild ("BBOG", "we", "us", "our"). BBOG is a workshop brand and is not a separate legal entity; the legal person responsible for the Site and for any agreement entered into through it is Sport Casual Limited.
All correspondence with the operator is conducted by email. The Site does not operate a telephone line, and no telephone number is published on it. The addresses for each type of enquiry are listed in section 11 and on the contact page.
2. Nature of this website
The Site is an informational and promotional website for a craft workshop. It describes the design and construction of poker tables built from exclusive and rare hardwoods, the design of custom playing chips and accessories, the restoration of vintage game tables, and consulting on the layout of private game rooms.
The Site is not a shop. It does not offer goods for sale online, it does not process orders, it does not operate a checkout, and it processes no transactions of any kind. Nothing published on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Commissions are agreed individually and in writing by email after a consultation, as described in our Terms of Service.
BBOG builds furniture and game accessories. Poker is referred to on this Site only as a social, skill-based hobby played among private guests. The Site does not offer, host, promote, arrange or facilitate any form of real-money gaming, betting, wagering or casino activity, and it is not directed at operators of such activity.
The forms published on the Site are inquiry forms only. They have no server behind them; details entered into them are validated in your browser and are not transmitted anywhere by the Site itself. This is explained in more detail in the Privacy Policy.
3. No professional advice
The content of the Site is provided for general information about our craft. It is not professional advice and must not be relied upon as such.
In particular, nothing on the Site constitutes structural, architectural, electrical, health and safety, insurance, tax or legal advice in relation to a room, a building or the installation of furniture in it. Descriptions of clearances, weights, lighting or floor loading are general guidance drawn from workshop experience and cannot account for the specific conditions of your property.
Before installing a heavy piece of furniture in a room — particularly above ground level, on a suspended floor or in a listed or shared building — you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional who has inspected the property. We are happy to supply the finished dimensions and weight of a commission so that such advice can be obtained.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all material published on the Site is owned by Sport Casual Limited or used with permission. This includes but is not limited to the text, the section structure and copy, the illustrations and line drawings, the monogram and logo, the layout, the stylesheet, the scripts, and the arrangement of all of the above.
All illustrations on the Site are original vector drawings produced in-house for this Site. They are not stock imagery and are not licensed for reuse.
You may:
- view the Site and its content on any device;
- print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference;
- quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the page quoted.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- reproduce, republish or redistribute any substantial part of the Site;
- use any of our illustrations, drawings, marks or copy in your own commercial material;
- frame, mirror or scrape the Site, or use automated systems to extract its content in bulk;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or ownership notice.
Designs, drawings, templates and specifications produced by the workshop in the course of a commission remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement says otherwise, even where a client has contributed ideas or requirements to them. A client's own monogram, crest or mark supplied to us for engraving remains the property of that client, and we use it only for the commission it was supplied for.
5. Trademarks and brand names
"BBOG" and "Bespoke Board & Oak Guild", together with the BBOG monogram, are used as trade marks of Sport Casual Limited in connection with the workshop described on this Site. Use of these marks by any third party in a way that suggests association with, endorsement by, or origin from our workshop is not permitted.
Any other product names, brand names, species names, trade names or marks referred to on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Where they appear, they are used descriptively — for example to identify a timber species or a class of material — and their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by or sponsorship from the owner of the mark.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and information only. We do not control third-party sites and we do not endorse them, their operators, their content, their products or their privacy practices merely by linking to them.
We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of any linked site, for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, or for any change to it after the link was published. If you follow a link away from the Site you do so at your own risk, and the terms and privacy policy of that site will apply instead of ours.
If you believe that a link published on the Site points to unlawful or harmful material, please tell us at [email protected] and we will review it.
7. Accuracy of product descriptions
We take care to describe our work accurately. Nevertheless, the Site describes hand-made objects produced from natural material, and two important qualifications apply to every description and every illustration.
Natural variation of hardwood
Timber is a natural product. Colour, grain pattern, figure, density, mineral streaking, pin knots, sapwood transition and the way a species accepts a finish all vary from tree to tree, from board to board and even across a single board. Many species — cherry and walnut in particular — continue to change colour for years after a piece is finished, especially where the room admits daylight.
Variation of this kind is an inherent characteristic of the material, not a fault, and is not treated as a defect. Where an exact match matters to a commission, we agree the actual boards with the client during the wood-selection stage and photograph them before cutting.
Illustrations are drawings, not photographs
The images on the Site are measured line drawings produced in-house to show construction, proportion and layout. They are deliberately schematic. They are not photographs of a specific finished piece, they are not to scale against one another, and they do not represent the colour or figure of any particular timber. The finished appearance of a commission is agreed from the shop drawing and the selected stock, not from the illustrations published here.
Specifications, species availability, materials and construction methods described on the Site may change as stock and technique change. The specification that applies to a commission is the one recorded in the signed-off shop drawing for that commission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a particular time. Access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted at any time, including for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
We may change, add to or remove any part of the Site, including this page, at any time and without notice. The version published at the time you access the Site is the version that applies. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sport Casual Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
This exclusion covers, without limitation:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- loss or corruption of data;
- any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive loss;
- loss arising from reliance on any general information published on the Site;
- loss arising from any virus, malicious code or other technically harmful material that may infect your equipment through your use of the Site.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Liability arising under an agreed commission is governed instead by our Terms of Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the law that applies to you.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
The Site, this Legal Information page and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts. Where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the benefit of a different forum or of protections that cannot be derogated from by agreement, nothing here removes that benefit.
The Site is operated from the United Kingdom. We make no representation that its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the United Kingdom you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
11. How to submit a legal notice
Formal legal notices, intellectual property complaints, takedown requests and any other legal correspondence relating to the Site should be sent by email to [email protected].
To let us deal with a notice properly, please include:
- your full name and, where you act for someone else, the name of the party you represent;
- an email address at which you can be reached;
- the exact URL or URLs on the Site that your notice concerns;
- a clear description of the material or conduct complained of;
- where you assert ownership of a right, enough detail to identify the right and your entitlement to it;
- the outcome you are seeking.
We acknowledge legal notices by email, usually within five working days, and we will tell you what action we have taken or intend to take. Notices sent by post to the address in section 1 will also be considered, but email is materially faster and is our preferred channel.
Enquiries that are not legal in nature — questions about a commission, the workshop or a delivery — should go to [email protected] or [email protected] instead, so that they reach the bench rather than the file.
